In the year 1864, the national banks were granted the mandate to issue cash, and the demand and dealing with it was simple until 1935 due to its low value, and after this, the US Treasury Department began issuing the main currency of the states and the Federal Reserve banks, which are twelve banks in twelve US states, took over the issuance of reserve currency in different denominations in addition to To the Treasury currency that it was issuing.

The United States of America specializes in issuing its paper currency in a special distinctive style without most countries, in addition to the uniform size and the identical color of all its currency denominations, the banknote carries, besides the middle medal, several numbers, symbolic letters, seals and signatures, and the US dollar currency is symbolized by the following symbol ($).
